Simply Sight & Sound, Inc. provides the Orange County, Riverside County, Southern California area with custom home theater installation, whole house audio video systems, and controls  systems design and installation services. Our focus is to sell you the home entertainment experience, not a bunch of a boxes.

Our Process

 

· Initial Consultation– Our Design Consultant will meet with you at your home to discuss your project.

· Preliminary Proposal is submitted to you for review.

· Proposal is revised with requested changes and submitted to you for final approval.

· Upon final approval, an invoice for the initial equipment purchase is submitted.

· Installation date scheduled and equipment ordered. (All product is considered Special Order).

· Installation Date:

 

1. Prewire: Installation of all required wiring for you designed system. This typical during new construction and remodel projects.

2. Trim Out: Termination of all the systems Prewire cables & Wall Jacks: Phone, Data and Cable/Satellite TV.

3. Finish: Installation, Setup and Programming of all your systems components. Delivery of Theater Seating.

 

· Orientation: Once your system has been setup and your control system programmed, we will conduct an orientation with you and those who will be using the system.

· Final  Billing: Upon completion of the Orientation, we present the final invoice, for all installation and programming labor charges.   

 

This is typical for most of all of our projects, should your project need adjustments to the process flow, we will inform you during the proposal process.
